Do you qualify for a Starter Home?
Vivly Living are proud to offer Starter Homes. The Starter Homes scheme is a government initiative that gives first time buyers a minimum of 20% discount off the market value of their home. The scheme is available on homes where the discounted price is less than £250,000.
You’re eligible to own a Starter Home if you:
- Are aged between 23 and 40. You can be over the age of 40 if you are acquiring an interest in the home with a first time buyer who is aged between 23 and 40.
- Are a current or former member of His Majesty’s Armed Forces who was injured in service.
- Have a gross combined household income that does not exceed £80,000.
